What is the trial lesson?
The trial lesson is a first session to get to know each other and see if this learning space feels right for you.
During the trial lesson, you’ll meet your teacher, learn how the classes work, explore our materials, and experience some of the activities we use in regular lessons.
You’ll also have time to share your goals and needs, and your teacher will explain the class dynamic and answer all your questions.
The trial lesson has a reduced special price and lasts 30 minutes.
What do I need for my classes?

Do you focus more on grammar or conversation?
Both, but always connected. Grammar is explained clearly and practically, and then applied naturally through conversation.
Do you correct mistakes during the lesson?
Can I choose my class schedule?
How can I book, cancel, or reschedule a lesson?
To book a lesson, click on the “Book a Lesson” button. You’ll be able to choose the type of class and the lesson duration. If you’d like to save money, you can also select a lesson package, which offers a discount on your classes.
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, go to your Classes Panel. If your lesson is more than 24 hours away, you’ll see an edit icon that allows you to reschedule or cancel it.
If the lesson is less than 24 hours away, changes can no longer be made through the system.
What happens if I don’t show up for a lesson (no-show)?
If the student does not attend the lesson and has not given prior notice, the session is considered completed.
In exceptional emergency cases, the possibility of rescheduling will be at the teacher’s discretion.
What happens if the teacher cancels a lesson?
At Español con Patacón, we are committed to our work, so lesson cancellations only happen for truly important reasons.
If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher, it will be rescheduled as soon as possible, taking your availability into account.
How do I pay for my classes?
Payments are made via PayPal.
Are refunds available?
No refunds are offered for individual lessons or lesson packages.
However, we always aim to keep open communication and consider special situations when necessary.
Do lesson packages have an expiration date?
Yes. Lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
This helps maintain learning continuity and make the most of your classes.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance through the booking system.
If a lesson is required to be cancelled outside this time frame, it may only be rescheduled with the teacher’s approval, in specific cases such as an emergency or similar situation.
